TCC Health IT Policy supports National Health IT Week

TCC HIT Policy Project is launching the video series “Closing the Gap: Leveraging HIT to Advance Health Equity” as part of the National Health IT Week (September 26-30, 2016). Health IT Week was created to raise awareness and help the collective cause by recognizing the value of Health IT in innovation, expanding access to care, expansion of economic opportunities and job creation; and making communities healthy. “Closing the Gap” is meant to raise awareness about health disparities and how HIT is being used to address them. The video series is available for viewing and sharing on the TCC HIT Policy Website
