TCC announces the 3rd cohort of Pilot Project and Developmental Seed Award Grantees

TCC is pleased to announce the 3rd cohort of Pilot Project Program Grantees. The grantees were selected from a competitive field diverse academic researchers, health services practitioners, and community-based professionals. Pilot Project grantees will complete 12-month projects and engage in a series of capacity building and technical assistance, and dissemination activities as part of the Pilot Project Program. The grantees are:
