TCC is pleased to announce the 4th cohort of Pilot Project Program Grantees. The grantees were selected from a competitive field of diverse academic researchers, health services practitioners, and community-based professionals. Pilot Project grantees will complete 12-month projects and engage in a series of capacity building and dissemination activities as part of the Pilot Project Program. The grantees are:
